INTRODUCTION

Health is the state of being fit physically, emotionally, socially, mentally and otherwise.
It also means being sound and free from any disease or illness.
Health is a very important aspect for being alive and as such we should ensure we live a healthy life in everything we do. Without good health, we'll all look like a beautiful house without a roof despite how it's furnished no one will be able to live in it since the sun and rain will always make you uncomfortable .

My Sickness Story

I always experience sickness once in a while but the last one turned out to be something else. It was a bitter and painful one and I wish no one should experience such in his/her life ,I went to the hospital the doctor finally told me that I'm having ulcer.

I was taken to the female ward in the hospital where I receive series of treatment on daily basis. After about three days I started regaining myself, while in the hospital so many friends and colleagues called, visited and prayed for quick recovery.I was treated very well now am ok.

TIPS TO ENSURE GOOD HEALTH

  • Living a healthy lifestyle: Ensure you eat a balanced diet in the right proportion and time. Take enough fruits and vegetables, drink enough water and always have enough rest at the end of each day. We should also avoid taking alcoholic drinks as well as harmful substances like cocaine, cigarette, marijuana, etc. When we avoid bad lifestyles we'll enjoy a healthy and happy life as well as have a strong immune system that helps fight against diseases.

  • Reduction in stress/ labour: when we over labour ourselves we become older than our age. We become so depressed, worried and restless and this in turn weakens us and makes us always unhappy.

  • Always visit the doctor: most people practice self medication, taking any kind of drug that comes their way even without knowing what the drug is meant for as well as the side effects. Whenever we're sick or having any symptoms we should endeavor to see the doctor immediately.

Conclusion
Health is wealth as such we shouldn't joke with it as it's the key to all our daily activities. Maintain a good health and be happy, live healthy and long.
