One of the problems that neutralizes us when adapting in our environment is that generated by anxiety. In this sense, we can affirm that an imaginary, real load is generated with a lot of tension that prevents us from having fluidity in our activities.

As a general culture I share that, the terminology 'Anxiety' was used for the first time in 1911 and from that moment, the area of scientific psychology was responsible for developing it more widely. Now, during the aforementioned year, they only credited it as a general response to a dangerous situation or failing that, the perfect path that threatens someone's emotional stability.

Currently, the concept or perception of anxiety has not had many modifications. When this disorder is part of us, the organism is affected internally and externally, limiting that, in some cases, it can be with more intensity. It should be noted that, all the activities we perform in our daily lives, are affected by anxiety about it, makes this situation more complicated for the body.

Among the various causes that anxiety can generate, the death of a loved one stands out, problems with people who make life in our environment, among other things for this reason, these situations will always be transcendental to burst anxiety and according to specialists, it is a very complicated situation because, any event that alters our emotions, it can generate a negative action for our stability.

Anxiety does not allow the body to process the emotional changes that it demands for this reason, external and internal responses occur constantly thus preventing the body from preparing for a situation emanating from anxiety. At this point, it is necessary to note that health is gradually affected. First it starts stomach pain, followed by muscle tension, rapid breathing, constant headaches, tremors, sweating, among others.

The appropriate thing in these aspects is to go to a health specialist so that he can evaluate our emotional state and, how is the functioning of our organism since, the symptoms may vary. Now, food is very important when it comes to reducing anxiety levels, having a balanced diet allows us to attack various health problems.

For this diet to allow us to control and reduce anxiety, it is essential to consume foods rich in fiber, magnesium, probiotics, omega 3 and tryptophan. These properties are found in oats, cambures, cocoa or failing that, directly dark chocolate. By regularly eating these nutrients, we have the opportunity to properly regulate the intestinal flora since, according to specialists, it is closely related to the instability of mental health.

It should be noted that, the nutrients mentioned above, also allow to increase the natural production of serotonin; this being responsible for promoting the hormone of happiness. In the same way, these properties act as a stimulant when leveling brain function. Other foods that we must also reduce is the consumption of sugary and wheat flour because, they generate constant and drastic changes in glycemia, this being responsible for producing serotonin.

Referring to vitamins, B-complex vitamins can be excellent allies when it comes to reducing anxiety because folic acid and all the properties provided by vitamin B6 and B12, contribute to the process of regulating and leveling the nervous system. All the components of these properties are obtained in green vegetables, brown rice, oats and whole wheat bread.

It is necessary to note that, fruits can not be left out since, the fiber that gives us allows to regulate the level of sugar in the blood; indispensable particularity if we want to avoid hyperactivity in an uncontrolled way. Last but not least, we should also consume pumpkin seeds, chia, quinoa, flaxseed, nuts, sesame, sunflower seeds and peanuts.
