Hi, fellow steemians on #Steem-For-Betterlife. It’s a pleasure sharing with you what I have done to save the world for the future generation. Hope you are doing good. Cause this contest is one of a kind. Haven’t seen such contest on the Steem Blockchain. Thanks to @klen.civil for this great creativity and initiative. kudos to you and the community admins.

The contest is about saving the world, and saving the world is about sustainability or sustainable development in the environment. Which is a duty of every breathing individual on the earth.
What is sustainability?
Sustainability is the act of reserving the environment and finding solutions to its problems for the future generation. Sustainability is very broad. So what have you done your vicinity to protect or reserve that environment for the younger ones so that they will not one day encounter such problems?
I really love this contest.

I have made a lot of efforts to save the world. I emptied waist bins and watered plants. In Africa the rate of Cholera and Malaria is very high. And the main cause of it is lack of sanity. Slums and filthy environment. We are fond of keeping waist and burning it, which pollutes the air. So I trusted emptying it into the right source, so that the Zoom Lions can take them free.
I watered plants at the back of our mosque. We breath in Oxygen and breathe out Carbon Dioxide. Which means there is linear relationship between human beings and plants. So we really need to preserve it. And for the Global warming.

Sustaining the environment is the duty of all, not only one. And it’s not all about planting or emptying bins. But also, educating and informing the younger ones the importance of maintaining the environment. Even teaching them the good and the bad is also a form of environmental sustainability. Telling them the reasons why they shouldn’t liter the environment and should always keep it clean.

We went to one Senior High School called Tamale Islamic Senior High School for a program. We were to educate and motivate them to learn hard. But it got to my turn, I decided to educate them on the importance of environmental sustainability and all of the teachers started clapping for me. Cause they were astonished of my speech.
