About Drinking Coffee and Its Effect on the Kidneys

How are you today. Today I want to share about organs in the human body whose function is very large for us, namely the kidneys. As a coffee lover, reading several articles about the kidneys, I am worried about whether drinking a lot of coffee actually affects the kidneys

A little relieved that in fact munim coffee does not have a direct impact on our kidneys. However, if you consume coffee in large quantities every day will have an impact on the formation of kidney stones. There are several types of coffee that have a great chance of having an effect on the kidneys, such as raw coffee.

Kidneys are very important organs of the body, located under the ribs to the left and right of the spine or around the waist. The function of the kidneys is to filter blood. There are about 200 liters of filtered blood and it also produces 2 liters of waste from our body which is very dangerous for health.

Because of the many tasks the kidneys do, it is not surprising that the kidneys can become so tired and damaged that they can no longer carry out their duties. The reason is that we unknowingly often do not control the food we eat so that we force the kidneys to work harder until the kidneys finally stop working or kidney failure. Often we realize it when health conditions worsen

let's keep the kidneys healthy before we regret having to replace the kidney with a new kidney or with a kidney transplant or dialysis for life with hemodialysis therapy (HD) or continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).

One way is to diligently exercise. By exercising can facilitate the process of formation of urine. Weight is maintained because excessive weight often results in health problems. Then adjust the diet.

Eating fruits and vegetables is desirable. Because the content in fruits and vegetables is very much like iron, vitamins and minerals. Food coloring and food preservatives are forbidden for us to consume if we want our kidneys to be healthy. And lastly, consuming fish is highly recommended because fish contains omega 3 fats which are good for kidney health because they are anti-inflammatory. Fish that are good for maintaining the kidneys are tuna and salmon
