Dear friends how are you all? Today I am again appearing before you to talk about a topic that is very beautiful and relevant to today's society. Both men and women have equal roles in our society. I also know that women and men are not valued equally, so today I have come to talk about these issues through this contest. Before starting first I would like to thank STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE for providing such important and unique content as a contest.
Of course gender plays a huge role in our daily lives. If we want to divide gender then we will find it in three categories namely male, female and common gender.
Let us know in detail what role gender actually plays in our daily life.
First of all if we talk about men you all know man is a very important part of gender. Today, almost half of everything in the world is made by men, and on men everything depends. From birth to death men have many responsibilities they perform many responsibilities in this world they do many things for themselves and their families.
If you look at the history of everything that has been created in this world, you will see that many men are involved in it and till now men are working immensely hard to build this society and take it to a beautiful place in the society, so in building this society and in daily life. The role of men is immense.
Also, if we want to talk about women in our daily life, just as men play a role, women are also doing the same work with equal respect in building the society. Nowadays women are doing everything they are getting educated, working, managing the family, running the country so if we look at it now then the role of women is immense in shaping this society and in daily life.
Now if we talk about common gender then they are currently playing many roles in our daily life. At present they are getting educated and doing good jobs in different places and they are helping in scientific field. To give an example, we have a TV channel in our country where people of common gender are working as TV reporters which we think is a very important role. There are numerous jobs that common gender people do.
Earlier in our country there was division of work between men and women. Women lived only at home and everything in the family was the responsibility of women. But with the change of society people have become educated people have learned to understand now in our country men and women have equal rights they work shoulder to shoulder equally.
In my country now there is no separate work for women and men everyone works equally. Now everyone works and everyone comes home after work and do their own work. When we go to school, we see that there are female teachers as well as male teachers, they are working in the same way and at the same time we do not see any difference between them. Similarly, in different organizations, everyone is working at the same time, women are in big positions, just like men are in big positions, everyone is working equally. In one word, the people of our country are evaluating everyone equally. But anyway there are still many rural areas where women are not valued properly, men are everything there and I believe that will slowly get fixed with time.
If you look at developed countries, you will see that men and women are working equally there, there is no difference between men and women. Due to which they have become a developed country, just like in other countries, women are respected equally in our country, our country is not different from any other country.
And if I talk about this steemit platform then I want to say that men and women are never treated separately here. The main basis of this platform is that those who will love this platform will work properly by showing their creativity, they will be successful, there is no difference between men and women, everyone is equally supported here.
