It is a most famous snacks in india . In every indian tea shop will make "ullivada" for drinking tea for snacks. It is a tasty dish with least expenses. Ullivada is special snacks in every tea shops in india, also we can make this in our houses easily.
INGREDIENTS
- Gram flour
- Rice flour
- Onion
- Ginger
- Green chilly
- Curry leaves
- Water
- Cooking oil
- Salt
INSTRUCTION
1- Slice onions and chop ginger , green chilly and curry leaves
2- Take the sliced and chopped ingredients in a bowl and squeeze well using hands by adding 1 tea spoon of salt
3- To this add gram flour , rice flour and 1 cup of water . Mix it well and make a thick better
4- Pour enough oil into a deep bottom pan and heat it . When the oil is hot reduce the flame in to and drop table spoons of the better . Deep fry the vadas by turning both sides till golden brown.
This is the location i got onion vadas (Ullivada) . For my evening snaks. They also making other dishes like samoosa, Banana fry , egg fries...etc
The price of the ULLIVADA is 10 rupees in india , if we convert that in to dollars it will be $0.12 . That we can convert easily in to steem,,The steem price of each ULLIVADA is 0.05 steem almost.
