When people hear the word tumor, they think it is cancer, and when they hear cancer, they think it is a tumor. As people say- brain tumor or brain cancer! But the two are the same! Not at all. Like breast tumors and breast cancer, the two are not the same. A tumor is a collection of abnormal tissues, where cells proliferate in abnormal processes. Tissue means some cells of the same type when they work together in the same way.

There are trillions upon trillions of cells in our body, not billions. It is estimated that an adult has an average of 30 trillion cells. At birth, this number is one percent of four percent. Within the cell, the old cell dies, new cells are born, some cells grow in size, and some cells grow in number. But which cell will die and which cell will be able to give birth to many new cells, what will be the size of any cell, there are some instructions or rules inside the cell to control all such features of the cell. And those rules are in DNA. If for some reason this instruction in the DNA changes, then the cells begin to give birth to new cells abnormally, the old cells do not die and continue to rot, or the newly born cells move around idle.

Because the cells do not have instructions on where to go and what to do, the instructions on what to do change. Then, under the direction of altered DNA, new cells are born one after the other like robots, the number of new abnormal cells increases, and the work of normal cells is disrupted, the process of picking up old cells stops and accumulates in the body like garbage.

When these extra and abnormal cells of the body accumulate somewhere and appear as a lump or pli or disc, then it is called a tumor.

There are two types of tumors. A type of tumor grows in only one place and stays in one place. These are called benign tumors. They are not so harmful. Abnormal cells in another type of tumor accumulate in other parts of the body through the release of chemicals called blood or lymph and disrupt the normal functioning of that part, creating a new tumor there, then called a malignant tumor. This malignant tumor is differently called a cancerous tumor. The benefits of work are briefly called cancer.

There are about 200 types of cancer in our bodies. Cancer is basically a combination of different problems in many parts of the body. It starts in one part of the body. Then when it spreads to different parts of the body, only then it is called cancer.

Abnormal cells in a tumor can travel to different parts of the body and sometimes become new tumors, sometimes simply interfering with the function of other cells there. When malignant tumors spread to other parts of the body and cause problems, these malignant tumors are said to be the main cause of most cancers. In this case, the organ or part from which the cell changes, then it is called cancer that part.

Again there are some exceptions. Such as blood cancer, and leukemia. In this case, more abnormal cells than normal blood cells in the blood do not allow the blood to do its normal work, no separate tumor occurs in the blood.

So not all tumors are cancers, some tumors are just cancers when the cells in those tumors move to other parts of the body to create new tumors or problems with function. Again, not all cancers are tumors, where abnormal cells clot somewhere in the form of tissue. Such tumors do not occur in blood cancer.

Many women may experience lumps or discs or lumps in their breasts at some point in their lives. This extra plexus can only be a tumor. It cannot be mistakenly called breast cancer. This is because doctors, if there is an accumulation of such extra cells somewhere, first do a CT scan or MRI to make sure that it is only a tumor. From there, some cells are placed under a microscope under a test called a biopsy and the cells are examined to see if they are cancerous cells. If there is only such a tumor, first with medicine only, then the extra part is removed by surgery and the tumor is treated. If the tumor spreads to other parts of the body, causing more problems in the body, the part where the tumor is located needs to be surgically removed first, or if it is in a condition, it must be removed, along with killing the abnormal cancer cells that have spread to other parts of the body. To prevent further growth, some chemicals are used to treat cancer and some to treat cancer with radiotherapy. Now, of course, if someone has a tumor, he has cancer, don't say that and don't even think about it. Both are currently receiving medical treatment. Having a tumor or cancer does not mean immediate death. Cancer or tumor is a disease or problem like thousands of other diseases of the body. Consult a doctor immediately if you are experiencing any common problems like excessive meat pliers anywhere in the body, abnormal weight loss for a long time without any reason, feeling weak for a long time without any reason.
