"Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W6: "Goal setting for the year"

Hello and welcome once again to another interesting engagement contest by STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE tagged "Goal setting for the year".
I see goal setting as the act of outlining a plan of action that I intended to achieve within a period. setting a goal to guide an individual toward his aims and objective is the key to success and achievement in life. I shall be making my entry to answer the contest theme.
What specific goals did you set for the year? |

One of my basic goals is to be financially stable and raise a start capital to start a business in my locality. The business I intend to open is a cybercafe where I want to train youth and young ones in my locality to be computer literate.
In my steemit Journey, my goal is to reach dolphins before ending of this year. I have made a lot of mistakes which makes me almost give up on steemit, but I am back and intent to do more in the blockchain.
I also have a goal to give time to myself and have enough rest and recreation to be relieved from mental stress. I intend to go for a vacation before the year runs out to have time for myself. Is not always about work, and working alone but at least having time to rest once in a while.
How have you worked to achieve your set goal? |

To meet up with my intended plans, I have been saving funds to raise capital and hopefully I will start something small before the year runs out. I have set a lot of strategies to make the business grow as I wanted it to.
In the steemit platform, I also commit more dedication and seriousness to the blog to always be active and publish a lot of articles. I am committed to doing my best in the blog to get steem power and power up Because I know without hard work and dedication, I will not meet my target of celebrating dolphins this year.
How has your goal impacted or will impact others? |

My goals will impact the people of my community by providing access to quality computer training, which is just like a project to put a smile on the face of the young ones. I also see it as a privilege to assist the less privileged to have the opportunity to grow with the prevailing computer generation.
Setting a goal means more work which will also derive me to introduce new users to the platform, other have got the opportunity to learn steemit through me and I am willing to introduce more new users to the blog chain.
How have you benefited from setting and achieving those goals? |

Setting a goal helps me to be focused and work with purpose, it is just like a road map to the major things I intended to achieve in life. Anything else is secondary but I channel more energy and resources toward my goals, till I achieve them I will have no rest.
My dream is to be influential and also impact other people's lives, I feel fulfilled to see that my dream is coming through. I grow in maturity and age because I grow with purpose, goal setting is important to man's achievement.

He who set a goal is liking to succeed because failure to plan is planning to fail. So we must draw up our plan and start working on ways to achieve them, I have set goals to meet up with despite the challenges and I have a lot of reason to be grateful.
