I'm trying to be fine, though not sound in health.
I am sorry to hear that love. Is it too much? Too tired or are there other issues you have to deal with? At times it's good to take a break even if you believe it's not possible.

I'm having total body breakdown, the weather conditions here is affecting my health...(Malaria and typhoid).

So unfortunately there's no break in my duty, but God is faithful because I'm already getting better.
