Contest - What is the way to Write a Quality Post?

Good day everyone, my followers, my supporters and the community as a whole. it's a pleasure joining this contest today and as well today's contest is something we need in other to improve our writing skills and to also attract more audience to our post.

Here on steemit, maybe in one or two ways, we have seen some posts getting more engagement and voting while some post are struggling with less vote. I know the question you're about to ask is: what make some post gain more engagement and voting than others?

It's the quality, the quality of your content varies how many people will engage and vote on your post. Here on steemit, if the post is in good quality, you will notice a vote from steem curators because they support quality contest.

I can assure you that your post can be considered as a quality post if you make used of this technique am about to mention here on steemit:

• Begin your post with simple and catchy title so as to grab the reader's attention.

• Make sure the body of your post is well-organized and it's easy to follow.

• Ensure that you use headings and subheadings to break up the content so that your reader will be easier to read.

• Ensure you include images or photos, graphics, and videos to make your post more visually appealing.

• Finally, ensure you end your post with a strong call to action, meaning something that will encourage your readers to interact with your content.

This two keys are really important here on steemit. Let's focus on each one of the them.

RELEVANT:

Relevant is not just about choosing a popular or trending topic, because readers here on steemit are looking for content that is both engaging and informative, that is to say, My post or your post should be relevant to the topic at hand and adds something new or something they are interested in to the conversation.

CREATIVITY:

Creativity is actually what make you post or content stands out of the crowd because it offered something unique. So when writting you have to think about how you can put your own spin on a topic or present it in a new and interesting ways or exploring it in a new angle. For example, sometimes in my post, I normally use real life experience or something in my environment, It can be how you format your text, how you begin your post and how you conclude your post.

Now let's look into what make a post high quality. Your post be can said it's high quality if:

• it's well-written and free of spelling and gramma errors.
• it's well-researched and backed up with reliable sources.
• it's engaging and well-organized, with a clear structure and flow.
• it visually appealing, with images or photos, graphics, or videos that complement the text.

In a simple explanation, your should include an introduction, the body, and conclusion. A post which is considered as high quality have an introduction that hook the reader and make them want to keep reading, while the body post provide all the necessary information in a clear and organized way, and lastly the conclusion wrap everything up neatly and leave the reader feeling satisfied. I believe its understood.

This are material that can make your post eye-catching and attract more engagement to your post. The common ones I know about is:

• Using Photos and illustrations.

• Using Infographics.

• Adding Videos to your post.

• Using GIFs.
