Wild Giant Spinach

Yesterday when I was my aunt's house, I saw a giant spinach plant.
Spinach is a plant that is very popular and easy to find anywhere. This plant is usually grown for consumption of its leaves as a vegetable. Based on the size and method of harvesting, there are 2 types of spinach, namely pickled spinach and pulled spinach. Pickled spinach is usually broad-leaved and grows up to 1 meter taller. This large spinach is commonly referred to as king spinach, because of its wide leaves and high stems. This king spinach can be processed into a variety of dishes to spinach chips. I myself really like eating spinach leaf chips.
For pulled spinach, its size is smaller and its lifespan is also shorter. When it is 25-30 days old it can be harvested by pulling it out. This type of spinach can usually only be cooked. If it is used as spinach chips, it is not suitable because the leaves are too small and thin.
Besides being cultivated, spinach itself often grows wild. The reason is because the spinach seeds are very small in size, so they are easy to fall and then be carried away by the wind. When it falls in a humid place, these spinach seeds will grow by themselves. Like the spinach plant in this photo, growing wild in my brother's yard. This spinach thrives and grows even though it is not cared for at all. Coincidentally, the soil is fertile and it often rains, making it the right conditions for its growth. This plant is still young and its growth is not optimal. Within 3-4 weeks, this plant will increase in height to the maximum. When the spinach plant has reached its maximum height and the shoots are not picked or cut, flowers will appear and then seeds will appear which will become new plants.
