MORNING TIME ๐
There was no class today and today the class did not happen because today the teacher had more work and today there was going to be an online class that too.
And today there was no class online, so today I did some old work and I had to go out today, then I did that work today, now tomorrow is Sunday.
So tomorrow also I will be free but I have a lot of work tomorrow which I should do tomorrow because I should do all my work in free time.
And today I was ordered outside in the morning when I saw veg biryani shop Then I had the honor of eating my food, then I took it and ate it with pleasure. ๐

Friends, I have a cute little sister with whom playing with is more fun and I am sometimes free to play with her.Today was a holiday, so then I thought to see with him because sometimes time is not available.

Just hearing its name makes the mouth water. It is made by mashing boiled potatoes a lot. It is made in both plain and stuffed ways. So what is the delay, let us tell you today the perfect method of making crispy potato tikki at home.
Ingredients to make Aloo Tikki:
2 potatoes (boiled)
1 tbsp peanuts (roasted)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
oil as required
How to make Aloo Tikki:
First of all, mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Now grind some roasted peanuts into pieces and grind them coarsely and mix them in the mixture.
Add green chili, cornflour, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to the mixture.
Keep a tawa on medium flame for heating.
While the tawa is heating up, in the meantime take little part of the mixture in hand and make tikkis.
Once the pan is completely heated, slow down the flame and bake the tikkis on both the sides till they become golden brown.
Aloo Tikki is ready. Serve with green coriander chutney
