WORLD SMILE PROJECT : TIME SCHEDULE FREE EDUCATION CENTER CONTRUCTION

After finalizing the design of the free education center to be built in Blang Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency, we from the World Smile Project team will share some of the stage plans of this project. We made this stage to manage the work time and development procedures in a maximum time span of about 37 working days.

And for more details on the stages of work and technical development procedures, you can see as follows :

1. Preparation and fundraising

---

The purpose and objective of this first step is that we will continue to raise funds for the construction of a free education center, we do this because until now the funds for the construction have not been sufficient. This fundraising is on an ongoing basis from September week 4 to October week 4, we will use any extra funds for other World Smile project programs that we have set. While the preparations we mean include the provision of supplies to workers and all forms of material expenditure needed for this development, we will do both of these things on Sept-week 1.

2. Building Frame

We will start the main work after all preparations have been done, we will do it at the end of the first week of October or it can be shortened to oct-week 2. Making building frames that are all made of wooden structures, namely columns or pillars from buildings that are expected to be completed in oct-week 1 , while beams and easels will be done regularly on oct-week 2 and oct-week 3.

3. Floor and Wall

This floor and wall work still uses wood material and will be done in tandem with the beams, the lagur and the floor on oct-week 2, while in the fourth week of october or abbreviated as oct-week 3, it will be continued with wall and top gavel work perfectly.

4. Roof and Ceiling

---

Installation of the roof will of course be carried out at the end of the third week or abbreviated as oct-week 3 and it is expected that the working time is a maximum of 2 days, while the installation of PVC ceilings will continue to be accelerated after the installation of the roof and can be carried out for 2 working days at the beginning of the fourth week of October or abbreviated with oct-week 4.

5. Electrical and Painting

---

The installation of the meter and the three light points that have been designed will be carried out concurrently with the ceiling installation on October 4th, while the painting of the entire building is expected to be carried out before the end of October or with a deadline of 2 day before October 4.

6. Finishing

---

All forms of finishing touches from buildings that have been completed 2 days before the end of October can be completed perfectly which includes the final cleaning. At the end of oct-week 4, it is also hoped that the handover of the free education center building can be carried out.

This is a glimpse of the implementation steps that we are implementing to save time in the construction of a free education center to be built in Blang Village, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency.
