#Burnsteem25 : Supervision of Plantation Road Works and Pre-implementation Monitoring of Habitable House Construction

I have to do two construction supervision schedules this time, where the plantation road pavement work is being carried out by the construction team, I have to monitor its suitability with the BoQ and design. In the planning that I made some time ago, this plantation road pavement has the following volume, which is 2 km long, 3 m wide and the pavement height is 0.2 cm.

The first stage of this work is to clean the location with heavy equipment in the form of leveling the road so that the material in the form of soil mixed with stones that will be spread will be evenly distributed according to the design. This work is carried out using heavy equipment called motor grade.

The process of forming this road starts from morning until noon, which takes about 4 hours. The results obtained in this work are that the data match between BoQ and Design with field conditions, and the duration of the work has been perfectly absorbed until the next stage which will be carried out on another working day, which is about material laying, compaction and others.

As a supervisor, I also make the next implementation schedule so that the data fit is fulfilled perfectly. The agenda for supervising plantation road pavement works has been completed and this time I continue it at the location of the construction of habitable houses that will be carried out for the next few days.

In this monitoring, I was accompanied by the implementers of construction activities in the village, the main things that I gave suggestions and inputs for them were as follows:

• Construction must be carried out within 45 days
• Materials must be ordered immediately and stored in the warehouse that has been provided
• Work wages for workers must be immediately set according to BoQ
• Workers must be involved from the local community
• etc
