An organization or place of work always requires cohesiveness by managing various sides of the work carried out at work or other activities that are mutually caring for fellow members. Therefore, a forum or forum that is created should have a chairman or leader in moving the progress of the forum. Pride in itself is an important part of the forum for empowering rural communities in North Aceh Regency, where today, on Monday, August 29, 2022, the new chairman of the forum that operates under the Indonesian Ministry of Remote Areas has been chosen, especially in North Aceh Regency.
A total of 312 people from all sub-districts at the North Aceh Regency level chose a new chairman from this forum for the advancement of village community empowerment. So, here are some documentations for selecting a forum for professional assistants for remote communities in Indonesia, North Aceh Regency in the form of photo documentation :

To note, the election of the chairman of this forum involved all elements of empowerment at the village, sub-district and district levels, and there were 5 candidates from this election, namely Hidayat, Muammar, Ibnu, Idris, and Firman. The election of Firman as the chairman of the forum or the leader of this organization is expected to improve the quality and quantity of each individual in carrying out empowerment for the development of Remote Area Villages in North Aceh Regency.
And as one of the active members of this organization, I really appreciate the election of the chairman of the forum in a democratic manner who is directly elected by each member of this organization. Hopefully in the future it will become a forum or organization that really cares about humanity at the empowerment level.
