Steem power up is a fundamental process. We earn Steem tokens as a reward for our little contribution to the platform. Spending all the rewards is not a good idea. On the other hand, power up is that kind of process which can connect us to the steem ecosystem and it proves that we are dedicated members of this family. Moreover, power-ups can also help to improve the price of Steem tokens. Because when we power up our steem token it becomes locked or remains held in our wallet and stays away from the supply for a certain amount of time.
