" Healthy life with physical exercise "

Man wants to live a happy life in the world. To become happy in life a man should be always in good health. Physical exercise is necessary for the soundness of health.
There are various forms of physical exercise such as walking, riding, swimming, and all kinds of out games. The day laborer who works in the field, and the workman who works in mills or factories are quite tired of doing work by the day. They need not take another kind of physical exercise. Walking is good for ole age.
The mind and the body are closely connected. There is a wise saying, "A sound mind in a sound body". On attaining success in life we must have sound health. If the limbs of our body are not moved and put to no work they must be inactive. As a result, their health breaks down and the mind becomes unfit for mental work. To become a healthy physical exercise is necessary. Many a student close down to studies neglecting exercise. They lose their health very soon. They forget that health is wealth. A healthy labor lives a happier life than a broken healthy rice man.
Over-exercise is injurious to health. irregular exercise may make us weak and tired. Traveling, swimming, riding, and outdoor games are all good forms of exercise. They give us a feeling of joy and cheerfulness. So everybody should follow the maxim-
"Rest a while after dinner
Walk a mile after super".
physical exercise is necessary for all people. So, we all should take regular physical exercise.
