I’m sharing with us of a program organized by the NYSC
NYSC is a program organize by the Nigerian government ( NYSC Nigerian youth service corps) immediately after graduation to give youth more knowledge and experience before going into the labour market.
In the early afternoon on the day of our thumbprint ( monthly clearance) our local government came up with an idea of visiting the less privilege to all the cds(community development service)leaders and they accepted the idea afterward the information was passed to the others and we were asked to bring either money or wears of our choice. A week interval we came into conclusion that we will go to Eze’s palace (king) to distribute the items
What’s love?
Love is giving to one another
Love is not patronizing
Love is caring and not abusing
The Bible says we should love one another like we love ourselves
What is charity
With charity you give love
charity isn't about pity, it is about love.
Charity and love are the same they both move the same direction and work the same distinctions.
He who wished to secure the good of others, has already secured his own, a lot of people has been testifying about charity work. The token you give out brings more open doors that you can imagine
What is care
No act of kindness no matter how small is ever wasted, showing someone kindness and being available whenever someone needs you is what we call caring, people talks about love without evening showing care and kindness
What is giving
No one has ever become poor by giving, a lot of people has a lot in their possession but they don’t have the heart of giving to the less privilege.
I remember when I was residing with one aunty of mine, she taught me that it is good to give to one another in a hard way. When visitors knock at our gate she will first of all ask us to check who the person is and when we returned to inform her she will make a choice if we should allow the person to come in or not. She always complain if she gives out that people disturbing her with begging and the rest, I learnt my lesson that it is good to give cause of the pity I saw on those poor faces when I grew up my giving became normal except I don’t have it in my possession
Nysc Aba touches people’s live in a little way they could and I’m glad I was a partaker of the program.
