Adventures in 2024( A visit to the village spring)

Hello and greetings my fellow colleagues in this amazing platform we all know as steemit, how are you all doing today? I hope you are all fine and healthy as well as enjoying the beautiful and lovely moment July brings to us, I'm @john247 from Nigeria it my pleasure having you all in this week contest on "Adventures in 2024" organized by @irawandedy here in #Steem-for-Betterlife.

I decided to take part in this contest to review and share with you all the adventure I had in this year 2024, it has always being a thing of joy for me sharing stories to people as well giving them awareness on what you know or experiences at times this helps enlighten and educates the people In one way or the other, without saying much I will like to go straight to my adventure story which will be A visit to the village spring to fetch water.

It all started when a Friend of mine ask me to accompany him to the spring to fetch water though I was new in the area and I don't know many places around the environment as well as the spring, but since walking around discovering new things is one of my hobbies and again that will serves as opportunity for me to take some photos which I normally use for my steemit post.

I just told him to wait for me so that I will go get my own container that I will as well use to fetch water because going empty hand is just like foolishness to me, so when I got the container we headed down to the spring which was a bit far from home or maybe it's just my first time that is why the distance seems so long.

On our way to the spring we saw some people as well going to the same spring to fetch water so I ask my friend what are they so many people going to the spring to fetch water, his response was that this particular spring in question is the only spring that never runs dry no matter what and again he said the spring water is very neat, clean as well as good for drinking also I never doubted him because the number of people am seeing going there proves what he said right.

On getting there what I saw was not what I was expecting because I taught the spring is something that some can swim, but moreover the spring was good and neat like my friend said that I even have to drink some of it after fetching the water I took pictures of the spring and people I saw there that day that after that we started going home and we reach successfully.

I have finally come to the end point of this contest which I will like to call on the attention of my fellow steemians @josepha, @radjasalman @Pandora2010 and @ahmneska to take part in this contest thanks
