Street Food Contest #2 : Review Traditional Food - Mazorca de Maíz

Hello @steemforbetterlife community. The traditional street dish that I am sharing with you today is corn on the cob that is as simple as that.

In my country, Venezuela, it is customary to boil or grill corn cobs and eat them with salt and butter.

Obviously there are more than 350 recipes with corn and it is very popular in Latin America and this dish is prepared in a thousand ways, for example, chopping it into slices as appetizers or for visitors.

But today I am going to focus on this simple and healthy version. It is bought boiled (with a stick crossed, as if it were a skewer) and the seller adds salt and butter to taste.
