Where this will all be beautiful at the appointed time right
Morning is the right time for exercise where the sun starts to rise and sunlight becomes a good vitamin for the body so I try to invite my wife to accompany me in the morning and bring breakfast on the roadside in the form of rice and cakes at the nearest coffee shop
I choose the seafront or often called the beach for sports because of the comfortable place and fresh air so that all my five senses function actively and can enjoy well starting from the eyes, nose, ears, tongue and skin where all of these are the greatest gift of the creator who without being asked and given well and perfectly and until now there is not a single human being who can create this perfect starting from the nose hole down and the ear next to the tongue in the mouth, two eyes and different skin that all have sides good and perfect
So for all the abundance of blessings and favors, we should always say the noble words, Alhamdulillah, where I can still enjoy the beauty of the sea accompanied by the waves, breathing in the fresh air, feeling the gentleness of the wind on my skin, and eating comfortably on the beach for breakfast. in the morning with my wife and listening to the sound of the waves in accordance with the sound of the water, everything is perfect and what favors you deny always be grateful for what is given and try to always be kind to what is given because the almighty knows what is best for us even if we sometimes asking for something else and that is not good for us and even destroys us
After returning from the sea, my body was full of sweat and even my clothes were almost completely wet so I had to take a shower to be fresh again but before that my wife told me to take a break before taking a bath and while waiting for the cold tea leaves to make me excited to return to my activities
Actually, telong leaf tea is good for health, but I just tried it and saw it made by my wife at home in a terrible way first then just brewed and put hot water sprinkled with sugar so that the taste was right for my taste also in the drops of orange juice to make it fresh but strangely when you give orange the base from blue turns to purple this is actually weird but that's the fact you can be at home for trust
I am grateful that my five senses are still functioning properly, starting from seeing the beautiful sea view, hearing the sound of the waves feeling the soft sea breeze, tasting delicious rice and drinking fresh and breathing air without stopping, all of them are perfect gifts.
