Special applause to @irawandedy and other noble steemians who in one way or the other play a role in preventing our dear earth from global warming that's already finding a place to dwell on our mother earth.

If there is one thing that we as humans need to take as a responsibility, then it should be how to keep our earth healthy and free from diseases and also free from global warming. The reason is, the earth is the only habitat we have, and whatsoever that affects the earth, affects us as humans.

As such, for us to live happily on earth, we need to do anything possible to keep it safe. I don't know what role you have played in preventing the earth, but I welcome you to my blog where I will share with you how far I have gone in preventing the earth from the fast rising global warming.

What have you done in an effort to save the earth

I love the earth so much. The reason is, my health depends on the health of my environment. If the earth is not well-taken care of, then the possibility of me being healthy is low. That's to say, for me to remain healthy, the environment also must be healthy, because we are directly connected to our environment, and it has a great impact in us.

As such, I try as much as possible to take care of the environment by planting trees, keeping drainages clean, clearing of bushes, and preventing roads from erosion. Most importantly, I impact knowledge into the upcoming generation about the environmental problems, their effects, and how they can be prevented. Remember, one of the ways in which we can make tomorrow safe, is by impacting knowledge into the younger generation. By so doing, I believe the earth will be more safer.

As I said earlier, I play a role towards maintaining the earth through planting of trees. Within my compound, I have planted mango trees and paw-paw trees. On daily basis, I water them so that they can grow and be of use.

In addition to that, some days ago, the drainage in our area got blocked by sand. And it got to a situation that the blockage was making the road worse. Erosion started eating up the road. When I noticed it, I took it upon my self to pack out all the sand that blocked the drainage, and also to refill some pot-holes created by erosion.

Most importantly, I taught my students about environmental problems. In the lesson I was able to let them know the effects of deforestation, erosion, drought, flood, desertification, etc. I was able to widen their understanding on how these environmental problems can be solved.

What is the form of attention from the government and the community around you?

---

The government are trying their best, and they are still pushing harder to fight against global warming. First of all, they have established a special body that educate people on the effect of deforestation and other related activities. Whosoever is caught cutting down a tree illegally, is being punished. And if you must cut down any tree, then it is mandatory that you plant 2 after cuteng down 1.

Another effort that the government has put in place is, they always organise a program to educate people on why the environment has to be kept clean. They also discourages the use of firewood rather than gas cylinder or electronic cook.
