Today I will share a sensational recipe with simple ingredients but has a fairly high nutritional content, you need to try this one dish, the name is "Quail Egg & Tempeh Saute Green Chillies".

For those who like spicy food, trying this recipe is an option, because spicy taste has become a part of every food menu they cook. Talking about the recipe that I want to share, with the dominant composition of green chilies, it will arouse the appetite.

Cooking Ingredients

To cook this type of food menu is quite simple, you just need to prepare some food ingredients such as:

  1. 5 Shallots
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 1 red chili
  4. 10 pieces of green chili
  5. 1 Tomato
  6. 25 Quail Eggs
  7. 2 Tempeh Plates
  8. 1 Piece Lemongrass
  9. Salt
  10. Cooking oil
How to cook

The above ingredients are chopped first after washing with clean water, as well as tempeh, for quail eggs the first thing to do is boil them until cooked, then peel the skin.

Tempe after being cut into small pieces such as cubes with a size of 1x3 cm fried first, add a little salt.


  1. Prepare a frying pan and turn on the stove, then add cooking oil to fry the chopped ingredients.
  2. Sauté the shallots, lemongrass and garlic, after releasing the aroma, add the red chilies and green chilies, stir until smooth.
  3. Add the Tomatoes and mix well.
  4. Insert the fried tempeh and quail eggs.
  5. Sprinkle salt to taste, stir gently, do not let the quail eggs open.
  6. Wait a few minutes and lunch is served.
