Help Nigeria Solar PV STEEM Project Development Budget Deficit

Steem exchange rate fluctuations against BTC and USD have very implications for a number of project implementations carried out by World Smile Project Int in several countries including Indonesia and Nigeria, the risk factor of this price fluctuation can be seen from changes needs that are planned through the Budget Plan that has been prepared before the implementation of activities begins.

If referring to the previous Planned Budget for the Solar PV Steem Project in Nigeria, for this activity a Budget Plan of 1,370 Steem has been prepared for 1 unit of solar power plant, but in project implementation Of course, it does not escape the risk that it requires Risk Management to complete a project.

We from World Smile Project Int play a role in encouraging the implementation of Solar PV installation as soon as possible through financial support in the form of increasing the role of donors in sharing rewards sincerely. As it is known that the target for 1 solar panel experienced a deficit of 31.5% from the previous estimate of 1,370 Steem to 2,000 Steem.

Based on the latest update from the @smilenigeria account it shows the current cash flow which reports a temporary cash balance collected of 1,200 Steem. World Smile Project Nigeria still needs 800 Steem to meet project implementation needs to completion.

To address this, I and the WSP Int team and personally via WhatsApp messages have recommended to @ubongudofot to immediately withdraw the Steem that has been collected at this time and make a contract with a service provider / Solar PV product.

This action must be taken as early as possible as a form of minimizing the risk of the project being carried out, by making an upfront payment of 1,200 Steem is expected even though price fluctuations continue to occur and the price of Solar PV installation equipment will not affect the price for Solar PV installation itself.
