#burnsteem25 -- STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE COMMUNITY GOAL (SMART)

The realization of an independent community is the main goal of Steem for BetterLife Community so that it can carry out community programs that synergize with the steemit platform and to realize this target Steem For BetterLife Community establishes a framework so that it can realize the vision and mission that has been prepared previously.

Steem For BetterLife Community adopts five elements in realizing these goals, the elements in question are the "SMART" method. These five elements have a central role in determining the goals of Steem For BetterLife Community. "SMART" stands for 5 words consisting of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound goals.

Below I will describe the "SMART" Elements adopted by Steem For BetterLife Community as a framework for achieving community goals.

Specific

In running the community, Steem for BetterLife Community consists of 3 admins and 4 moderators who have duties and functions as a driving force for the community, they have a strategic role in running the community so that everything can run well. In general, their functions and duties are to provide education, information, verifiers and role models in the community.

As a framework for achieving goals, Steem for Better Life Community has a clear, specific and logical program that makes it easier to realize the ultimate goal of the community.

In the following we outline the goals of the community:

1. Steem For BetterLife Community was formed with the aim of promoting steem in 3 main pillars (Charity, Education Steem and Investing & Power-Up).
2. With the promotion of steem through the 3 pillars of the community, it is hoped that it will foster interest in all components of society that Steem is a potential asset to be invested in so that steem continues to be the choice of all components of society.
3. In achieving the goals of the community the role of admin, moderators and delegates as well as members is very important to support a strong community through increasing the power of Steem both in the form of Power-Ups and delegation. In the future, the community will be independent and be able to realize the program that has been prepared as a form of steem promotion.
4. Steem For BetterLife Community and World Smile Project are the right places to achieve measurable goals.
5. Steem For BetterLife continues to encourage the increase in active posters and support from users in the form of payout settings and delegations so that the Steem Power target continues to increase from time to time. Currently the community has changed the concept of profit sharing 80%: 20% of the reward claim, 20% is distributed to the delegates in the form of Steem Power and 80% to be power-up to @steembetterlife as a community curation account.

Measurable

The goals set by the community are measurable and reasonable, indeed we have failed in setting the SP target of 35,000 steem in March 2022, but the experience provides a learning space for the community to change the concept of profit sharing as mentioned in point 1.

Increase the active participation of all elements of the community by supporting the growth of curation accounts, increasing the quantity and quality of posts from curation accounts as a form of increasing the strength of curation accounts so that they become an independent community and are in demand by all steemins, the community is also actively participating in the stemitblog program and this is expected to be the foundation pace in achieving the goal.

Achievable

By the end of 2022, Steem For BetterLife Community is targeting 40,000 SP community curation accounts, all of which will be realized if intense support from all elements of the community even though until now on July 21, 2022, Steem For BetterLife Community only has 11,618,522 SP and added with delegate support 35,648,695 STEEM.

We believe that the integrity and support of our resources (admins, moderators, delegates and members) of the Steem For BetterLife Community will accelerate the targets set. Currently, there are many potentials and opportunities that can be utilized by community implementers so that support will be obtained. But this is not an easy job without integrity and loyalty.

Relevant

The goal to be achieved by Steem For BetterLife Community is directly proportional to the expectations of steemitblog, the birth of an independent community and the promotion of Steem in all levels of society.

Indicators in measuring the relevance of the goals of the community are as follows:

1. What are the benefits of community goals?. The promotion of steem through the 3 main pillars of the community certainly has a positive impact, not only on the target but on the platform. it means that in the aspect of charity steem for better life Community through the World Smile Project has run several projects in Indonesia, the Philippines, Venezuela, Nigeria and we are trying to give birth to other projects in Pakistan and South Africa so that the Steem symbol continues to stick in the community and is expected to be an asset that is always used as a pro-mad to invest.
2. Running the Project is based on essential needs so that the beneficiaries can be greatly helped by the program being implemented. For example, the construction of free education buildings in Indonesia, there has increased the number of users significantly.
3. The expectations of the Steem For BetterLife community are in line with everyone's expectations, and we believe it will come true.
4. User growth needs to be supported by adequate steem education so that they can use the platform ideally, and project objectives refer to aspects of needs that are not touched by the help of other parties.

Time-bound goals.

To realize the initial target of the community, we are trying to encourage the growth of 40,000 Steem community curated accounts by the end of December 2022. This is a trigger for community elements to continue to work actively so as to encourage the achievement of goals faster than expected.
