Aceh Deer Park Review - Nature Friendly Park
A variety of amazing natural attractions are in Aceh, if I previously reviewed the historical Tsunami tour with the magnificent Tsunami Museum, now I will again show you one of the natural attractions in Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province.
I am interested in reviewing the Deer Park which is in one of the oldest regencies in Aceh Province, this deer park is located far from urban areas, so visitors can really enjoy the natural beauty of nature with the sound of pets such as monkeys, crocodiles, tigers and various types of birds in their habitat getting rare.
The picture below shows the route to Taman Deer if moving from Banda Aceh City, it will take 30 minutes with a travel distance of about 18.7 kilometers.
Traffic towards tourism is relatively quiet, especially on Monday to Friday, except for holidays which are quite busy because many visitors enjoy the various rides that are here.
As with tourism in general, each visitor is required to pay an entrance ticket for IDR. 20,000 or the equivalent of 6.8 Steem per visitor, then if you enjoy other rides such as trains, paddle ducks and water parks, you are required to pay an additional fee.
Here providing a variety of children's toys such as merry-go-round and upside-down house, visitors can capture their holiday moments by posing in an upside-down house. I only saw it from the outside because the kids wanted other types of toys to try.
This train operates by speeding along an artificial pond in the center of Taman Deer, every child will really like this one entertainment, at a low speed, passengers are spoiled by the beautiful scenery along the deer park, the breeze that caresses spoils makes passengers feel at home and want to linger on the train
In general, passenger rickshaws are standard in size, but different from this type of paddle rickshaw, they are small in size which is specially designed for children visiting the deer park. To try this mini paddle pedicab, visitors must rent for IDR. 5000 per 25 minutes or equivalent to 1.4 Steem.
By using a special track, pedicab users (children) can pedal and ride other children in the front around the Deer Park. It's something interesting and unique to try.
I had time to try out rowing ducks across the pond at the deer park, the distance is quite far. I estimate the distance to reach 1 kilometer, going around the pond while rowing ducks in very hot weather is a job that drains a lot of energy.
I had to stop several times while rowing because I was not used to doing physical activities that required a lot of energy. The video above is the condition when you are on a paddle duck on the surface of the water.
