The bill is connected with about 10 unions of Sujanagar sub-district. The water enters the Ghazna bill and there is a switch gate at the entrance from Padmani river by opening this gate. If you open the water, it increases and if you keep it closed, the water is limited for some time, then when you open it, the water goes away. When the water goes away, rice, onion and jute are cultivated in the dry season. This switch gate is known as Badai Switch Gate. Many travelers flock to see the Badai Switch Gate. Besides, to see the gas bills, the tourists flock to Satbaria Union of Sujanagar Upazila.

The bus coming from Dhaka city to Pabna which comes via Bagabari or Gabtali will drop you 24 miles from there. If you go to Boalia by van or rickshaw, you can hire a boat and see the bill.
Or if you go down to Pabna town and go 7 km to Sinng Yoga, you can find Khayran Bridge of Sujanagar Upazila, from there you can take a boat to Bilghazna to the east.
