" The best movement" in life can vary from person to person. But generally speaking, leading a life with purpose, meaning, and fulfillment could be considered the best movement in life. This might involve setting goals and working towards them, engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, making meaningful connections with others, and contributing positively to society in some way. Ultimately, the "best movement" in life will depend on your individual values, beliefs, and personal circumstances.
And There are lots of happiest moment in life… we can't introduce which is happiest moment…..following the scale, when you born which is first happiest moment for you and also for your family… then after, there are so many moments in life from childhood to death and our mind is registered most of the happy and joyful moments which occurs in your life…At desirable situation mind recalls the moments and make us to feel happy. Some of the happiest moments are getting whatever you demanded during childhood, School friends and games play with friends.
