The Diarygame (Friday 01-04-2022) Assisting In Donation Of School Uniform To Orphans Pupils| Taking My Kids To the Mall.

GOOD DAY FRIENDS!

There's this general belief that every 1st April is a fool day LoL 😂 well this particular one was entirely different for some orphans and poor pupils of ST JOHN Lutheran Primary School Nung OKU Akpasima, Ibesikpo Asutan L.G.A Akwa Ibom State Nigeria. Yes it happens to be One of the happiest day of their life as 25 of them, 10boys and 15girls received new uniforms as a form of charity donation from Worldsmile.

As you can see from my heading I also took my kids to the Tropicana mall to enjoyed themselves, and working in Steemit platform. Let me unfold how everything goes.

My MORNING ACTIVITIES:

I slept like a baby the night before this day, and I woke up a bit late, 6:05am this is due to the fact that my kid's school closed a day before. We had our morning worship and prayed as family, then I entered the kitchen and prepare Beans and plantain for us as breakfast.

After eating I got ready to leave to the school for the donations, my kids cried to follow me, so I promised to take them to the Tropicana mall when I'm back from the school, and The were so happy. My Nigerian Team members and I agreed to leave by 9:00am, we met at Uyo Steemit office before we departed to the school. @,ddwosky gave us a ride so we were 5 in numbers, @ubongudofot @,eliany @,benton3 and myself, it took us 45mins to reach the school. Note we informed the headmistress in advance about our coming, so she was expecting us.

AT SCHOOL:

The Headmistress warmly welcome us, she was happy that we kept our promised, she immediately rang the bell for all the people to came out to the long hall. Then she told them our purpose of coming, that we're not from me Government but worldSmile, the kids were singing praises and prayed after.

The headmistress have us opportunity to address the kids,

so I told them in simple terms what Worldsmile is all about and then encouraged them to study hard so that they can also help others when they grow up. After that we gave the uniforms to the selected 25 pupils. This is their before and after photos.

The kids were so happy, look at them smile!

I was happy too, I want to seized this opportunity to immensely thank @worldsmile extending this actofkindness to poor Nigerians kids, thank you for putting smile in their faces. I also want to thank steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 for their great support.

MY EVENING ACTIVITIES:

I came from the tired 😩 so I was resting before evening, then we all showered call a taxi and leave to the mall.

I took the kids to Dechoice mall inside for them to play, because it's free to play on their playground

After playing for some time I took them to ice cream outlet and bought cone size ice cream for them. The ice cream costs 350 NGN which is approximately 1.6Steems each and I bought 3 cone ice cream.

They really enjoyed themselves! And I was happy seeing them happy We left the mall around 7:00pm, my hubby came to pick us. Reaching home I showered and start working on Steemit, It was my curation day so I searched for quality and qualified dairy post and support, after everything I added the links and their club status on the Google spreadsheet before I retired for the day.
