There's a wise saying "Better is a handful of rest than two handfuls of hard work and chasing after the wind"
Balancing work with our relationship with others should be our aim, trying to find enjoyment in both hard work, and a period of rest.
Thats the fact.., to strike a balance is the key. But sometimes.., life happens though.
Before now, i always find myself doing those things above.., but a regular adjustment help me regain a balance view of it.
