You garnish your food with it like a sauce. It's quite spicy with a flavorful taste and aroma from all those ingredients used in making the oil. If you like hot and spicy food, this one is for you 😋
So you created a spicy oil. Is it for all types of food or lettuce or can you marinade with it as well? I do like spicy. I only make cheese with garlic and pepper and a bit of herbs in oil to add to lettuce or just eat it this way.

For me, I use it for all types of food. I haven't tried it with lettuce but i am sure it will taste great with it. But normally I take lettuce with olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if we have it, if not plain vinegar), and some herbs. I don't think it can work as a marinade. I haven't thought of that and haven't tried it. 😊
