Food production and sustainable agricultural mechanization :
Bangladesh has made significant progress in food grain and paddy production. The United Nations has called for the development of sustainable food, the elimination of hunger, the provision of food security, the improvement of nutritional standards and the development of sustainable practices in agriculture. At present, efforts are being made to provide food security in various ways through development of agriculture which is related to nutrition development, employment and poverty alleviation.

Among the nine goals of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, sustainable development of agriculture is linked with food security, ensuring balanced food and nutrition, employment, and women's empowerment. In this situation, dynamic agriculture is essential for sustainable development. Agriculture is still a reliable source of employment for 42.7 percent of the workforce. The number of marginal small class farmers is increasing due to scarcity of land. They are now the only source of food security in the country, clutching a piece of land. Sustainable agricultural production and poverty will be enhanced if proper technology is introduced in their lands and employment is increased. It requires sustainable agricultural mechanization.
Agricultural mechanization refers to the increase in the efficiency of agricultural workers through the effective use of agricultural equipment, hand and powered machinery to increase productivity in agriculture. In recent times, many farms run by conventional laborers have been replaced by powered agricultural machinery. Modernization of agriculture depends on the development of agricultural mechanization which plays a major role in increasing agriculture and food production. Agricultural mechanization is crucial for planting, tending, preserving, processing and adding value to seedlings that have historically been neglected in Bangladesh.
Climate disaster :
Nature has become extremely intolerant due to climate disasters. Marginalized countries like Bangladesh are most affected by this disaster. Due to this catastrophe, more than 19 million children in Bangladesh are most at risk. One-fourth of these children are under five years of age.

The need for sustainable food :
All the achievements of life without good health are in vain. Healthy sustainable food is essential for good health. Healthy food, healthy life. Foods that are not harmful to the body but that help the body grow, replenish decay and prevent disease are therefore healthy or sustainable food.
At present our country's agricultural system no longer produces food grains in a natural way. Farmers are growing crops using chemical fertilizers and pesticides on all food grains. This has made it difficult for us to provide sustainable food. However, we cultivate fish in our own ponds and produce sustainable food in a natural way. It is also possible to produce papaya, tomato, radish, potato, chilli, eggplant etc. in a sustainable way in a natural way without any pesticides if we want.
