Good afternoon dear steemit friends, how are you all? Hopefully friends are still in good health and can carry out all activities well today.
On this happy occasion, I am again @fadlymatch present to enliven and participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge contest in this extraordinary community with the theme "Gender"
Public understanding of gender in general is still not completely correct. Many still think that gender is identical to women and some people think that gender is the same as gender. Gender comes from the Latin "genus" which means type or type. Gender is the behavior and traits attached to men and women that are socially and culturally shaped. But it doesn't last forever depending on time and place. Gender can be defined as a set of attitudes, roles, responsibilities, functions, rights, and behaviors inherent in men and women due to the formation of culture or the community environment in which humans grow and are raised.
As society's understanding of gender and time goes by, nowadays men and women in life are increasingly showing the same role in every activity that is carried out. Many things are often done in various forms of activities together without distinguishing gender, including in trading activities. In activities involving sellers and buyers, nowadays many involve women's services in the trade sector. This happens not only in urban areas, but also in rural areas. Another activity that does not differentiate between the involvement of men and women is party events. All parties regardless of gender also work together to make each activity successful.
Gender functions and roles are now starting to look very good not only in cities but also in villages. In Indonesia in general there is no gender difference in various activities. All have the same opportunity and role to advance regardless of gender, male or female. All types of jobs, both in government and private sector, are now filled with women. This means that women can also produce useful works.
Some jobs are often done without discriminating gender, one of which is in the world of education. Women are very dominant working in schools as seen where I work. Almost 90 percent is dominated by women and until now there has been no problem. This proves that there is no gender difference in our country.
The benefits of gender abroad are very different but also here too so that we can learn through the social However, some countries do not have the same gender function, this happens in closed countries And hope they get a miracle to take advantage of this gender
In the Steemit community or platform, every woman and man has the freedom to work regardless of gender, status and gender. The steemit platform provides an opportunity for anyone who wants to get ahead by making quality posts.
With regard to gender issues, now all parties are able to accept any differences and there are no more crimes against women in any field.

Wow this is really nice about your country, down here in my country, people think that, women where born natural to only take care of the children. Is really painful but at least the men should also help to take care of the children and so that they can have enough time to also work and thank you for sharing with us and I wish you all the best in these contest.

A well written post! It is refreshing to read that changes are also taking part in the villages of your country. So often it is there where people are not willing to adapt.
kesetaraan gender adalah sesuatu yang sedang diperjuangkan dibeberapa negara, bahkan ada beberapa negara tersebut yang tidak akan menelusuri laporan perempuan yang dilecehkan, mereka menganggap bahwa itu memalukan dan aib bagi perempuan, saat ini yang paling kita butuhkan adalah terpenuhinya hak dan kewajiban kita sebagai seorang manusia dan juga rakyat biasa.

Kesetaraan gender merupakan salah satu hak asasi kita sebagai manusia. Hak untuk hidup secara terhormat, bebas dari rasa ketakutan dan bebas menentukan pilihan hidup tidak hanya diperuntukan bagi para laki-laki, perempuan pun mempunyai hak yang sama pada hakikatnya. Sayangnya sampai saat ini, perempuan seringkali dianggap lemah dan hanya menjadi sosok pelengkap. Terlebih lagi adanya pola berpikir bahwa peran perempuan hanya sebatas bekerja di dapur, sumur, mengurus keluarga dan anak, sehingga pada akhirnya hal di luar itu menjadi tidak penting.Sosok perempuan yang berprestasi dan bisa menyeimbangkan antara keluarga dan karir menjadi sangat langka ditemukan. Perempuan seringkali takut untuk berkarir karena tuntutan perannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga.menjadi peran genada yang membebani.
