this time I will post a post on the health benefits of the banana fruit. As we know, they are very easy to come across in communities throughout the world. This fruit is often used asa dessert. But do we know the benefits and an abundance of bananas for health? , have some of us ever found out about these items or just eating without knowing the health benefits. This time I will summarize the benefits of banana fruit to human health from some of the sources I read.
