Assalamualaikum my dear stemains friend. How are you all? Hope you all are so good, healthy & enjoying the day. I am also fine.I am glad to see this session3 week4 eangement chellange. Today I am participating in the challenge which is provide by STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE Community.So I want to thanks this community for arranging such a very nice & interesting challenge among us. The theme for this last week's engagement challenge is "The Role of the Various Genders.". This challenge is so learning & interesting challenge and I am very happy to participate in this challenge today. I hope you all like & enjoys my entry.
Does gender play a role in our everyday life?
Yes I agree.Gender play a role in our everyday life.Although our identity is human, we are divided into male and female races.Male & female growth stages are similar but their responsibilities are different.Their working style is also different.
Because physical strength is different between a man & a woman. For which their differences are observed through their work. A woman is not fully capable of doing heavy work. Similarly, a man is also not fully skilled in family work.
But the environment can be created beautifully through the coordination of the work of both of them. Which is very important for our daily life. In short, one complements the other.
For an example, Usually the father is the head of the family. He is responsible for meeting all the needs of the family. So he went out and earned. And making food for everyone in the house, cleaning everyone's clothes, keeping the environment of the house beautiful & taking care of the needs of everyone inside the house is the mother's job. Also there are many other jobs that a woman does. Men do the same.Thus in society a man and a woman have been playing roles for each other.
How does the role or function in your country differ from gender to gender?
People of Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and Christian religions live in Bangladesh. As most of the people in our country are Muslims. So our national religion is Islam. But here people of every religion have equal rights. But when it comes to men and women, women lag far behind men.
Since our country is a Muslim country, women are not given priority to do all the jobs here. But that does not mean that women have less rights.Women are now joining various workplaces towards the city. Village women are also making themselves independent. However, they do not get complete freedom. And they also respect their religion for which they do not want to do anything.In our country, women obey the men of the house. They respect them. And men also respect women.
Is it the same for other countries?
Gender differences are seen in Asian countries & Western countries. In Western countries, men and women have equal rights. Here neither men nor women are dependent on anyone.
And in Asian countries, even though equal rights are given to men and women, it is not observed in practice. Here women are far behind than men. Here most women depend on men. As a result, one's income depends on another's survival.
What about Steemit?
Men & women have equal rights on the Steemit platform. But I think even though both have equal rights here women get a bit more advantage than men. Like there are some communities for women only where there is no scope for men to interfere. But there is no such separate community for men. But it's not a problem for me.
I think this platform is a beautiful platform for women to establish themselves. They can work freely here. They will not face discrimination here. This is the ideal place for them. Every moment of their life can be placed here. I think this platform is better for women than men.But here men and women have equal rights.

Wow but your country is nice. Since is a Muslim country definitely, there are some things that they won’t allow women to take part in them.
But what I like about your post is that, they understand that, women have their rights. And they are Rights are not denied. Wow that nice about your country.

Hello friend, if it is true that the man is always physically stronger but emotionally can be weak haha, cultures influence a lot and as they are rooted in the traditional do not allow role changes.
