Contest : Show Your Favorite Sports Activities- Badminton 🏸
Hello everyone I'm happy to take part in this contest because I like sport, thank you @klen.civil for organising this contest. I enjoyed taking part in any sport activities especially sport that is related to whole body like playing of badminton, swimming, aerobics dance etc.
Sport is any form of physical activities that we engage in which maintains or improve our physical fitness and skills.
Sport is very good to our body it makes us look smart, physically healthy and mentally healthy too.
It strengthens our bone and build up our muscles it also helps to reduce unhealthy fat from our body thus, preventing cholesterol.
It makes us flexible
Starting each day with any sport activities always make me active and sound throughout that day and with this I do it often as part of me when I wake up.
In this contest I will be showing my five best sport activities I like most.
First; Badminton
About; Badminton is a sport in which you exercises your whole body it requires skills and speed to play, So your brain is also involved in this sport.
Benefits; General body sports, helps you loss some unnecessary fat, aid in body toning, as you jump, squad it strengthens your heart muscle. It reduces stress, increases your concentration since it needs a lot of focus to play it, it helps you have a sound sleep, it strengthens your core and bone. With all this benefits and lots more makes badminton my best sports.
Second; Yoga
About; it is mainly about posture which improves breathing, flexibility, balancing and thinking ability, very essential for mental health. It is recommended to people of all ages it helps a lot, it helps in speedy recovery of a certain illness, practicing yoga everyday helps you feel fine from head to toe, free from any pains.
Benefits; it helps in meditation, improves balancing, tone your body muscle. It is very good for PREGNANCY it's prepared the body for labor. Relieves back pains, relieves pains helps to control weight.
Third; Squatting
About; All ladies like this a lot do you know the reason, it helps in strengthening your lower body and balances hormones. The main target of squatting is muscles in the legs, lower back, and core. It doesn't require any equipment to perform it so it is easy to practice it, with this it is also one of my best.
Benefits; it burns up calories very fast, build up your bones making it strong, build your legs it strengthens your lower back this, improving flexibility in the lower body Which consists of the buttocks, thighs and the hamstrings.
Fourth; Swimming
About; Swimming is another Sport that involves the general body, it builds up your cardiovascular system
Benefits; it makes you smart, helps in weight loss, reduce stress, helps in improving your mental health. Keeps you physically fit and strong.
Firth; Aerobics dance
About; Another physical activity for general body, improves your cardiovascular system, reduce stress. Very easy to take part, I like it because it looks easy but by the time you finishes it, you will know you did a great thing. So I spent some hours each day in this physical activity.
Benefits; Helps in maintaining weight, it also reduces your strengthens your heart muscle, reduce stress, burns up calories, makes your flexible and smart. It stimulates your immune system it helps you stay active irrespective of your age. So it is recommended to people of all ages and it is easy to do.
Regular sports is very essential to the body, we need to make it part of our daily activity to helps stay physically, emotionally and mentally fit. So therefore I find time to engage in this Activities each day. Thank you for organising this contest.
