Contest entry: my favorite sports

It's great to be writing a post once more in this great and wonderful platform.

Today, I will like to enter a contest organized by ma @sofian88 in the ,steem for better life community and this contest is portrayed in the aspect of sports discussion.

According to ma @sofian88, We all know that sports activities are things that must be done by humans to maintain stamina and body health, because by exercising there are many benefits that we will get by doing sports regularly and we can immediately feel these benefits.

Sports has diverse benefits, ranging from fun to health benefits and doing sports helps to reduce the risks of different diseases.

I will be entering this contest with he following points:


DO YOU LIKE SPORTS? EXPLAIN WHY!

YES.. I love sports because it helps me run my day perfectly. After a sport activity, I take a shower and then get some sleep, and feel very much refreshed when I wake up.


SHARE WITH US YOUR FAVORITE SPORT, WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF SPORT.

My favourite sport is jogging. I used to like soccer, but I had an accident when I was alot younger and it made me dislike the sport. Currently I love early morning jogging because it helps my day be a very good and well thought one, helping me concentrate throughout. Moreover, jogging is neither a mild or severe exercise but it is a moderate exercise which helps the body perfectly.


WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE SPORTSMAN? EXPLAIN WHY!

My favourite sportsman is Christiano Ronaldo. Yes, I don't like soccer but Ronaldo has proved to the world that hard work pays off in due time and he, he has always worked hard to secure his sport as the number 1 soccer player. He has won many medals as well as trophies and he is very good at what he does.
Another sportsman I fancy is Usain Bolt. Him too as well as Ronaldo works very hard to secure his place and is good at what he does.. these are people worth admiring in when talking bout sports, and this motivation can be put in a persons life.

CONCLUSION

Sport is very important to the human body and is a very important way to improve the body's metabolic activities.
My favourite sport is jogging because it is a moderate exercise and helps me have a focused day.
