Today's Diary on Lab work || 18-06-2024 || @deetalka6

Hi viewers! I'm @deetalka6, and I'm glad to expose what I acquire today with each and everyone of you here. I want you all to know that science is as deep as the ocean, the more deeper you grow in it, the better you become.

But before I proceed fully to my today Area of Concentration, I want my fellow Steemians to know that naturally by virtue, all humans blood in the body last for 120 days after which it dies off and new blood are forms.

This is mostly distincts in females, that is why blood donation in females is fantastic. At every release of blood (donation), new blood are replenished and these will sustain the body during menstrual period. So if the gender is donating blood, during this period, there'll be lack of blood which will lead to anaemia.

Haven't known all these, I want to briefly share something spectacular with you. This is an excerpt of what I did today.

Lab

Most of you don't understand what Lab is all about. Lab is the short-form for Laboratory. It's a place for cultivation and rearing of organisms with different morphological and physiological species.

Today, using Muller heintin media, different plant extract (broth) were introduced into the media at various millilitres. Beginning from the least 25ml, 50ml, 100ml to 200ml. This extracts undergo various processes such as:

Hot water process, Methane process, Cyclofraction process and Ethyl-Acetate process.

A particular drug is used as the control to check the effects of the plant extract on the control. The name of the drug is ciprotap.

The essence of this experiment is to check if there could be an alternative cure to a particular disease in the absent of the highlighted drug. Or check if there could be a more-reactive plant in the absent of the highlighted drug.

After preparation of this media, and introduction of this extracts into the media. This was incubated for 24 hours which is almost like the next day. Remember, at that broth state, we can't determine the extract with highly reactive effects, so we have to incubate it for 24 hours, so the real supernatant can be produced.

Take a cool look at the resultant. It's wonderful.
From the Hot water, the extract could be seen 95% percent active than other processes. Meanwhile, 85% of other processes produces Resistant to the utility of the product when introduced into the human circle.

Lab work is sweet. Most especially when you follow the instructions given by the provider of the sample.
