Introduction

Greetings, it's no longer a new thing that the Nigeria economy is bad and people find it difficult to afford what to eat, Even the market women are really suffering just sustain their livelihood so on that note me and few of my friends came up with an initiative to support the market women. who find it difficult sustaining their daily living at Garriki Market Enugu state Nigeria Location.

• I supported the initiative with sum of #40,000(160 Steem)

• We approached the first first woman that sells palm oil, the environment was not friendly, we asked her how was market.. she complained that she has not made any sales since morning. I felt really bad because this woman is someone that is her retirement age, she should be at home resting not under the sun looking for what to eat. We gave her #10,000 (40 steem). We didn't have enough because we are just students that just wanted to help the struggling mothers out there.

She was so happy when we gave her the money, she prayed and I prayed at some point I felt like giving her all the money I had with me but we really need to touch other peoples life not just her.

• We approached the second woman that sells vegetables , we told we wanted to buy vegetables and she responded politely, we gave her #5000 (20, Steem) . Her fascial expression was out of this world . I was glad to see a smile on her face..

• We approached the Third woman she sells vegetables too on the ground , we told her we are just students trying to put a smile on market women face , we gave her #5000 (20, Steem) and she started dancing which other sellers to surround us.

• While the third woman was dancing , she attracted a lot of women and the surrounded us, we gave some #2000(8 Steem and some #1500(6 steem).

• I was longer comfortable because of the crowd too much for us to control and some persons might actually come twice so we have to leave location and choose another part of the same market and at this point gave them #5000 (20 steem)

• We try as much as possible to touch many life's below is the image I was able to capture.

• From image below I was trying promote steemit too and I also want to use this opportunity to sensitize my friends on what steemit is all about.

Conclusion

In the process of making this market women smile , I leant that people are going through a lot just to survive, I cant imagine what the this women go through everyday just to earn a living (the environment is nothing to write home about). I can remember while growing up my friend in school use to complain that he goes to sleep on empty stomach simply because the mum couldn't make enough sales for the day. My shout out to all the mum out there trying to put food on table for the family. I want to use this oppuurty to thank all steemit friends @whitestallion, @ngoenyi @goodybest and @swaylee etc. I also want to thank Steemit community because virtually the money I spent on this project was gotten from this platform, Am really grateful .
