Contest: market places in my locality - Uyo
Greetings everyone, I am much grateful to participate here in this contest which focuses more about showing our town in pictures, this week is showing on markets. Much thanks to the organiser @goodybest and the community for working hand in hand to make this contest a success.
Photography is one of my best passion currently that's really adding more value to my life, with that I don't stop capturing with my phone. I will be so delighted to share beautiful market pictures that I took with my smartphone 😁. Before then I will love to talk about the market.
Market in my own perspectives started in the era of trade by barter system where goods where exchanged directly for another. During that era, closeness with both parties really matters being in a close relatives to agree to exchange thier commodity. Market here can be defined as a point in which the buyer and seller are in close relationship to exchange goods and services for a payment.
From the above definition it doesn't generally mean that a market should be a big one before it's called a market but a point where buyers and sellers agree to exchange thier services. Below are list of markets I captured with my redmi10c smartphone.
The market Square
This is one of the biggest market here in my town, it was a owned by the government of Akwaibom state before it was bought by a private investor. The market specialises on different kinds of brands and commodities, in here you can get what you want and at affordable price.
The ikot anthem local market
My mom really loves taking me out to the market to know her customers incase she can't come herself, i will be the one purchasing and more. On this very fateful day I came with my smartphone to capture how the market is, it was actually giving and nice taking blindshots
The Ifa ikot okpon local market
This particular market really marvels me alot because people selling there don't really love to environment, they think customers are less because how interior the location seems to be . To say it's one of the best market in my locality
The Ibom plaza market
This market is one the biggest market in my town. The market dosen't really specialise in food stuffs but clothes, junks and other important accessories are being sold.
The ultramodern market
This is a new market construction in my area. It's one of the government to build this particular market mainly for people who wants to do real business investment. The market is very large from the inside to the outside
Plaza road side market
This road side market is one the best selling market because people that passes there get attracted to items easily which will prompt them to get it. I captured this particular picture while I was purchasing for fruit.
Akpanadem market
The akpanadem market is one of the biggest market here in my community. The market specialises on all you need being clothes, food and lots more. I get sick if I visit there because it's very big, I couldn't take an outside shoot tho but this close shots really came out well too.
