How are you all? I hope everyone is doing great and having blessed life. Today I am here to take part in the contest held by the community for better life. I always enjoy the contests taking part in them. So this contest is all about Culinary in 10 pictures so here is my entry.

The city of Karachi, Pakistan is known for its food too. People always try to invent new tastes and new dishes. Whenever you visit Karachi must try the food. You will love it. So today's contest is all about food and the holy month of RAMADAN jas started I'll share pictures according to this month. so here are my 10 pictures of food clicked by me.

1- KATHIYAWARI CHOULAY

Chat is basically one of the most popular things to eat in Radaman and in the normal routine too. It has different kinds but one of the most famous chats of Karachi is Khatiyawari choulay I went to Mosmiyat to eat this famous chunky and it was a unique in taste.

2- KACHORI

---

Kachori is a thing that is made of gram flour and served with a unique sauce made by potatoes and imli. It's also very famous in Karachi and it's the price is very reasonable I just loved it.

3- Spring Rolls

---

Again a popular dish to eat in RAMDAN and in a normal routine too. Spring rolls are made of mixed vegetables and chicken. Gram flour also used for warp the mixture of vegetables and chicken. Then fry in the oil and serve with different kinds of sauce.

4- Somosay

---

Somsa has many varieties. Like potatoes samosa, chicken samosa, Qeema samosa, and vegetable samosa. It is also important to eat during the month of RAMADAN because iftar is incomplete without it.

5- Mix Channa Chaat

---

Mix chat is also made in different flavors and kinds. Everyone has a different recipe to make it. Mix chat is a mixture of onion, tomato, potato green chili or other vegetables of own choice.

6- Bun Kabab

---

Famous bun kabab of Karachi. This bun kabab is the only thing that is available in Karachi. I went to burns food street to eat this famous bun kabab at the Babu bun kabab shop. I loved it. Bun is served with a unique sauce and this sauce enhances flavor.

7- Chicken Sajji

---

Sajji is a famous dish of the province of KPK, Pakistan. But in Karachi, it is available at many restaurants. Mehran Sajji is working since 1988 and they are giving an extraordinary flavor of sajji. The whole chicken is cooked on coals.

8- Club Sandwich

---

A club sandwich is a kind of sandwiches that is made of cheese, egg, vegetables, and chicken. And served with fries, and sauce.

9- BBQ seeekh boti

---

If you live in Karachi and still you haven't eat this seek boti then you are like you never eat anything yet. This is full of flavor. Every piece has a richness of tastes. This is also cooked on coals.

10- Chicken Biryani

Last but not least the most famous and national food of Karachi as well as Pakistan. Biryani has different kinds like beef biryani, mutton biryani, chicken biryani, white biryani, Nalli biryani and much more. I love biryani when it is cooked by my husband. This is also made by my husband. He is a great chef who always made biryani for me.

These all pictures are captured by myself. I am a foodie person and I always go outside for satisfying my craving for food. Always try to explore new dishes. So this was my participation in the contest hope you people will like it.
