Seasonal greetings in advance, hope you are doing okay? There one thing that has kept this platform and its blockchain till date and one of it is the power up engagement. And i believe this contest also comes like an encouragement to every member of the Steemit platform.

This is a decision taken to enhance growth in not just the community and the blockchain, but to aid that growth to ourselves too. It is a process of saving up by powering up to build up more steem power which enables is to perform some certain activities on the blockchain

My Power Up Steps

To be able to power up, you need to first login into your wallet by tapping on the three vertical at the top right of your wallet page.

As soon you are done logging in, your steem balances will turn to green colour showing you have successfully logged in. Then click on the drop down menu near your steem balance.

Once you click on it, you get to see many options but what you have to do is to select only "power up".

This will take you to a page where you will enter the amount to want to power up. Once you have done this, click on "power up".

Another page appears where you will have to put your password and then click " OK". Next page appears then you click OK.

Then here it automatically powers up.

Here is my recent balance... Am really happy to be back on the train again to join the power up contest segment.

Conclusion:

With no doubt power up have let us see the benefits of saving and am not sure there is any regrets to what the power up has helped us with.
