An Angel In Every Monster
She is ugly in attributes, I don't want to be close to her, we may outrightly conclude. Humans naturally criticize fellows, it's in us, but what can help us see beyond the seemingly monster? The Mindset of knowing there is an angel in every monster, and there is a monster in every angel.
An Angel In A Monster
Everyone is blessed with endearing attributes, Just that some seemingly hide their endearing qualities because one bad quality is pronounced. If we look beyond the surface, we can see the qualities in them that can draw us to them. To illustrate see the image below;
What do you see in the Image? Naturally, all of us will easily see the dark spot. But what about the whitish part? You see, the monstrous attributes of our friends may be Little, just like that dark spot, but the endearing attributes are numerous just like the whitish part of the picture. What do we mean?
Let's focus on the endearing traits of our friends, and ignore their little bad qualities. With this, we can see that seemingly monster as an angel.
A Monster In An Angel
We all have one or two bad qualities, it just seems we don't because our friends focus not on our bad qualities but on the good ones. To illustrate, see the image below;
What did you see in the image? A beautiful baby, not so? You may not have seen that there is a spot on the beautiful baby, simply because you focus on her beauty.
Just like that beautiful baby who has a spot on her, we all have spots, that's our bad qualities. But they seem to be hidden because our friends just focus on the good in us, just like we focus on the beauty of the baby in the illustrative picture. What do we mean?
We are not perfect, neither are our friends. Let's just focus on the good in each other.
Conclusion
Everyone has beautiful qualities that are endearing, so let's all focus on the good attributes of our friends, not the bad ones, remembering that we too have monstrous attributes. Knowing that there is an angel in a monster, and there is a monster in an angel will help us put up with friends, and keep us going. I will humbly suggest we apply this to our friends even the steemit platform.
