Sudden plan are actually beautifully implemented. One such a day was 18 june’2022 , I woke up in the morning by hearing my father’s voice with so much excitement . Hearing my father’s plan with half-sleepy eyes, my sleep disappeared in an instant. We were staying at my aunt’s place (Jassore) that time . Including my aunt’s family we made a plan to visit Kuthibari at Kushtia. It took two hour by car and we reached there at 11pm.

It was a beautiful sunny day. Because we didn’t took any tea break while travelling , some of us feeling tired. Before entering the main gate, we went a small tea stall. After recharging ourselves we entered into main gate, took ticket and wait for half an hour because of cleaning process inside. While that waiting time we took some pictures.

Now I want give some information about that place, Kuthi Bari, a country home built by Dwarkanath Tagore, is the place's claim to fame. Rabindranath Tagore spent some time here and wrote some of his most famous poems there.

Tagore began overseeing the family estates in Shelaidaha around 1890. Between 1891 and 1901, he resided there for more than a decade at sporadic intervals. Rabindranath Tagore's father, Maharshi Debendranath Tagore, constructed it as a country home. The property was repossessed by a bank; the Tagore Estate owed money to this bank, which sold it at auction and gave it to the Roy family, the zamindars of Bhagyakul (Munshiganj). Up until recently, Roy Estate owned the house.

By the time we got back into the car after seeing everything, it was mid afternoon. We were so much hungry that time. Parked the car beside Padma river, we took our lunch which we bought from home. The beauty of Padma river is unforgettable, took some pictures and we headed home .
