My Unique Recipes For Breakfast.

Breakfast are important part of our daily diet and there’s a popular saying “eat breakfast like a king’’, this is because of its numerous benefits aside the fact that it helps us supply the needed energy to start our day.
Today I prepared my unique breakfast which is omelette and custard with chocolate and milk garnishing.

The items for my breakfast is:
- Fresh eggs
- Fresh tomatoes
- Onions
- Fresh pepper
- Groundnut oil
- A pinch of salt and maggi cube
- Custard powder
- Chocolate and milk powder

Step by step procedure of preparing my unique breakfast
I sliced my fresh tomatoes and onions and pepper in a plate and I broke my fresh eggs into the plate. I added a pinch of salt and maggi cube for taste and I stirred.
I proceeded to add my oil into the fry pan and allowed to heat up a little. Then I pored the mixture into the pan and allowed to fry for a while. I turned the eggs to the other side for proper cooking and It was fried and ready to be served.
I then proceeded to make my custard by adding the custard powder to a plate and I added water to it. I stirred it while I put my kettle of water on fire. When my water was boiled, I poured it gently into the bowl of mixed custard powder while I stirred in anti clock wise direction.
When my custard was done, I proceeded to add chocolate powder to taste and some milk and my breakfast was ready to be eaten.
I love my unique breakfast because it’s easy to make and very delicious. It’s light and doesn’t make me feel heavy whenever I eat it. I usually eat my breakfast around 9-10am.

My unique breakfast is packed with so many benefits and it’s a good source of protein. Protein helps in growth of body cells and tissues and it’s helps the replacement of worn out tissues in the body. Proteins are essential for body building and growth.
The custard is a good source of carbohydrates and carbohydrates is a good source of energy and glucose which is provides the required energy needed for our daily activities.
Healthy breakfasts are good and when you think of a healthy breakfast to start your day, a combination of omelette and custard with a garnish of chocolate and milk is a right recipe.
