Teamwork Vs Individual Work - Which Do You Prefer?

Teamwork contributes to the successful operations of any organization. It's a must for any organization to form a teamwork so that their long-term goals can be achieved. I prefer teamwork more than individual work because it will speed up the process to complete one or more tasks in an efficient way. Effective collaboration among the group who form a team will bring out different ideas that will enable better solutions to the problems such organization is facing.

A well-organized teamwork consists of two or more groups who work together for the progress of the organization they work for. In the Steemit platform, we have an admin who is the founder of the community. He or she cannot do it alone; he needs people to work with in order to have a good outcome.

What is the difference between teamwork and individual work?

The different between teamwork and individual work are discuss in the table below

• Teamwork are the people who work together to support themselves in achieving their aim and objectives.	• Individual work alone without relying on anybody to make a decision.

• Division of labour can occur among the team members to increase productivity	• Individual handles the task alone which giving him the opportunity to control the affairs, wich means that there is no division of labour.

Which is more progressive between teamwork and individual work?

Teamwork is making a lot of progress because collaboration among the team members creates mutual relationships and understanding that will give us meaningful feedback in order to adjust or correct some mistakes we make in the past. Teamwork can be successful when each individual agrees on a decision in order to accomplish certain tasks they have been dreaming to achieve for a long time.

For instance, a vehicle can developed some fault on the road, at that moment people will gather with different viewpoints to help him or her by pushing the vehicle so that the engine can start and move on to the final destination, or they can support the person to push the vehicle to the roadside until they find a mechanic. This shows that people arrived on time to form an immediate group in support such person in a difficult time. Teamwork continues to grow on a daily basis in a corporate agency.

Why team work is better than individual? Give your opinion.

Teamwork has a lot of advantages because it will improve productivity and allow team members to contribute effectively to the development of any organization. Collaboration is very necessary among team members because it will multiply more than what the organization can expect in return. They can also divide their job among themselves, so that stress will not affect their overall well-being. Individuals who work alone may get confused at one point in achieving their aims and objectives. At that time, there will be so much to attend to. Cooperation brings out better results in developing mutual respect that favors us all.
