Green Grasshoppers In My Lens

Green Grasshoppers On Red Flowers
I still remember when I was a child, grasshoppers became children's toys when we gathered together. Usually we hunt grasshoppers using a tanggok made of a net. When the grasshoppers have accumulated a lot then we burn it like satay and it is very tasty and delicious. In general, people recognize grasshoppers as pests that damage plantations and rice fields. Whereas these herbivorous insects are animals that have various types of essential nutrients for humans, such as protein, vitamins, essential fatty acids and minerals. So grasshoppers are insects that are lawful for consumption even though they have died first.
Grasshoppers are not rare animals, grasshoppers can be found anywhere such as in forests, gardens, rice fields, or even in our yard. Having species scattered throughout the world, grasshoppers are one of the most unique types of insects in the world. The uniqueness that is very special is that the grasshopper has a body anatomy that is quite unique because the grasshopper's hearing organ called the tympanic organ is located in the abdomen and not in the head.
I found this green grasshopper on top of a red zinnia in my yard, the sunny weather made the image stand out in stark contrast to the deep red zinnia flowers. These insects have antennae that are almost always shorter than their bodies and also have a short ovipositor. So that the grasshopper can hear the sounds made by his friends.
Grasshoppers that are widely available around us are usually brown, green or black. The grasshopper makes a sound by rubbing its hind legs against its stomach. When flying the grasshopper can also make a very noisy sound because its wings rub against each other. They have big hind legs that help them jump long distances from grass to grass, that's why in English language this insect are called GRASSHOPPERS. Hopefully useful and thanks for visiting my blog.

It is a noble insect, it feeds on the leaves of plants.
Where I live, butterflies give such signs. If you see a butterfly entering the house, it is a sign that guests will visit. Thank you so much @marito74, appreciated it for your kind words!.👌👍
