There is one interesting phenomenon that I have observed about the growth and development of the business. Selling clothes at a low price, which is Rp. 35,000 or the equivalent of 10 steem, commonly referred to in convenience stores in the area where I live, shops selling cheap clothes are popping up everywhere. with the right price of IDR 35,000 or the equivalent of 10 steem,

The shops are filled with consumers who are generally the lower class economic community, consumers no longer need to haggle for the price of the clothes being sold

In the following, I want to review the Rp. 35,000 department store which sells various types of goods, especially clothing

Clothing that is traded in IDR 35,000 or 10 steem, department stores has a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. Of all these forms, some fall into the category of clothing that violates the Shari'a and some are Islamic clothing. The clothes that are traded can be calculated as a percentage which is taken based on how many types of clothes are traded. The various styles of clothing traded are as follows:

IMG_20220414_105835.jpg

Blues
One form of clothing that is traded is Blues. Blues are clothes that are usually worn to cover the upper body or also known as clothes. Blues come in various shapes and sizes, including those made of rubber, cotton and chiffon and have different sizes and motifs.

Blues are clothes that are used to cover the upper body, some have slits/openings in front and some are without slits/openings, some blues are made of rubber, chiffon, cotton, and so on. The blues were traded because there were so many fans.

Regarding blues made of chiffon, I noticed that the blues had sleeves that were not coated with the pooring (inner layer). So that the wearer's arms can be seen vaguely, and this is a category of clothing that violates the Shari'a. While blues made of cotton and have a loose size can be traded.

House dress
Negligee clothes that have a variety of different sizes and patterns are usually used by housewives. Usually negligees are made of batik cloth, some are in the form of pajamas and overalls.

A negligee is a dress like a dress that is intentionally made loose for use at home, made of batik cloth, some of which reach below the knee and some up to the ankles. These clothes are traded according to consumer needs.

A short negligee is clothing that is used at home. So the clothes do not include clothes that violate the Shari'a, because these clothes are produced and traded for use at home. However, for people who wear it outside the home, it is the responsibility of the person who wears it, while a long negligee can be used outside the home.

Robe

The robes that are traded in 35000 department stores are of various styles and sizes. For example, robes that do not cover all the genitals and some are made of material so that the nakedness of the wearer can be seen, while what is prescribed is clothing that covers the genitals.

The shopkeeper stated that clothes made of various kinds of fabrics such as elastic rubber, chiffon, cotton, brocade and so on have certain motifs to attract consumers' attention. Equipped with certain sizes and models. These robes are traded because consumers are interested in them.

Based on my observations, the robe has a standard size. However, if we look at the standard size, it can shape the curves of the body for those who wear it, especially a robe made of elastic material. And there are also robes whose arms are only up to the elbows in the sense of being short and revealing the arms, while the sleeves are part of a woman's genitals, so a robe like this should not be traded.

Skirt

Skirts that are traded in IDR 35000 department stores that violate the Shari'a are tight skirts. The skirt that shows the shape of the hip curve is made of jeans and elastic fabric, the shape of the skirt is a form of clothing that violates the Shari'a because in Aceh the majority of Muslims

Skirts are clothes that are used from the waist down through the length of the pelvis to the length and size desired by consumers made of various kinds of fabrics.

Based on my observations, the skirts that are traded have various forms, such as flower skirts (serkel), pleated skirts, umbrella skirts, tight skirts so that they form the hips of the wearer. Skirts that are traded that fall into the category of clothing that violate Islamic law are tight skirts that form the hips and are split at the back so that the wearer's calves are visible. Meanwhile, like the umbrella skirt, the serkel skirt is not categorized as clothing that violates the Shari'a.

Trousers

Pants are generally men's clothing. But nowadays very much is produced and traded pants for women. This is an outfit that violates Islamic law if it is strict.

Pants are outer garments that cover the waist to the ankles, sometimes only up to the knees, which wrap around the torso separately, mainly men's clothing. However, many of these pants are also produced for women such as harem pants, jeans, leggings and so on.

Pants like this are traded because many consumers order them, so the shop sells them

Based on my observations, all kinds of pants for women are forbidden to be traded, especially pants that are super tight like jeans. Because it can cause the lust of the opposite sex, or anyone who sees it so that they fall into Immortal acts.

Cuff

Cufflinks are one of the forms of clothing that are traded in 35,000 department stores. Cufflinks are usually used to combine with a robe that has short sleeves. However, there are also patterned cufflinks that are usually sold for girls without being combined with others to form their curves. This clothing is a garment that violates the Shari'a.

Cufflinks are clothes made of elastic fabric to be combined with robes that have no sleeves, cufflinks have various motifs, including: floral motifs, stripes motifs and plain cufflinks of various colors. Cufflinks with floral prints and stripes are usually worn on the outside, while plain cufflinks are usually used as a pair of robes.

Pajamas

Similar to negligee, pajamas also include clothes in the house. When worn outside the home, the wearer is guilty because the pajamas have pants and usually the pants are tight except in jumbo sizes.

Pajamas are clothes that are combined with slightly loose pants made of cotton, batik and Korean cloth which are used for clothing at home and are traded out of necessity.

Based on my observations, buying and selling pajamas is not against Islamic law because the purpose of producing and selling them is as clothing at home. However, if the user uses it outside the home, it is the responsibility of the wearer. In my opinion, buying and selling clothes like this does not violate Islamic sharia.

Leggings
Leggings are clothing that was originally produced as underwear. However, according to the times, leggings are made in various motifs so that people who ignore the law use them as outerwear.

Leggings are a kind of tights made of elastic rubber material and the length is up to the ankles, some are patterned (patterned) and some are plain.

NoteAffordable prices for the lower middle class, this business is very worthy of imitation. This is especially interesting when applied to densely populated cities. My advice for the future is that you use what3word.com for the location of the place you are reviewing and if possible each price is calculated in USD or STEEM and SBD
