It is not about quality in this case, 2500 ESTM boosting due to our VP level wasn't possible to provide that's why refund happens, try again with smaller amount (maximum 2000 ESTM is recommended) and I am sure it will get boosted.

I agree that this post may not meet your quality requirements. But, you know, there is no point in mining ESTM if you can't spend it.
