The Chinese economy and the attendant world influence has been inching northward steadily for decades . It has dwarfed all other nations except the United State's !!
If this trend is maintained, it is can be concluded that within a short span , China would displace the United States as the leading word power in the World!
How much do you align or disalign with this postulation??

Countries in the world are waking up to the Chinese ambition for hegemony through territorial expansion and debt trap diplomacy. China has made enemies of many countries in South East Asia through their covert and overt territorial incursions.
The leaders of the G7 countries met recently and agreed to take certain measures to curtail the Chinese ambitions.
Recently NATO issued a carefully drafted statement saying that China's ambitions are a challenge, short of saying that they are a threat to other nations.
Australia, India, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and more are already having ongoing bilateral territorial and/or trade issues with China.
Countries in Africa too are beginning to get cautious with China.
Practically no country in the world now has a truly trusting and cordial relationship with China, except perhaps Pakistan and Iran. Pakistan is financially indebted to China in a huge way and would get into trouble if they don't support China. Recently the U.S issued a warning to Pakistan to not pander to both sides and decide which side they want to support, which has put Pakistan in a quandary because the U.S too provides financial support to Pakistan in the form of grants and the U.S is its 3rd largest trading partner.
Iran is cozying up to China on the basis of sharing a common enemy, the U.S.
China has been covering up its inhumane treatment of the Uighur Muslims. Once this is exposed to the world as the truth, both Pakistan and Iran would find it difficult to continue with their relationship with China.
All in all, China is probably getting into a whirlpool of its own creation, which will be the likely force that would derail the prophesy about China.
This is a thorough thesis on the CHINA - world relationship . I am elated by your submission that China's prayer to dominate the world will never be a reality soon!!

If China wants to dominate the world as a beneficial world force or a benign one, that would be a welcome development. But so far, leaving aside rhetoric, China has not shown any such intentions on the ground.
There is a mighty force that can check China's unholy haste to dominate the world. That is its economy. China has got to where it is today because of you and me. We have been buying their products and propping up their economy. We have been instrumental for its unholy ambitions.
I have stopped buying Chinese goods. Have you? It starts with you and me. If you leave it to your leaders whilst continuing to prop up China's economy, you are being hypocritical. You can be the change you want by doing what is necessary and spreading the word. You can turn your word into flesh (reality). Just do it.
Besides China's regulation of FREEDOM of Worship and Expression, China has not committed any economic sin that would warrant a boycott of her products !
